Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a customer- service oriented associate to greet and help customers at the store entrances, verify purchases, assist with returns, and keep entrances safe and presentable.

You may be the first and last associate customers interact with, making a positive first impression. The role includes scanning items, explaining prices, bagging, handling cash back, and keeping the area tidy during busy periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
• Keep your area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
• Gather carts from the parking lot.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
• Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
