Numotion is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator-Order Experience I to manage new equipment requests, verify coverage, and move orders efficiently through the system. You will support customers and coordinate field scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong communication, and adherence to policies. Location is Lombard, IL with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests, collect demographics, and enter data into the order processing system while progressing orders through to completion.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate customer financial responsibilities, obtain prescriptions and necessary documents.
• Enter orders into the processing system ensuring intake steps are complete and accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly, working with staff to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.
• Meet all set productivity and performance standards.
• Participate in department initiatives to improve results.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality, provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

JOB PURPOSE:

Receives and implements new equipment requests, determines reimbursement eligibility and coordinates the timely provision of services. Facilitates timely order movement through Numotion’s order processing system.

Pay Range: $19.97 to $25.96. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistscustomers with new equipment requests, obtains demographics, enters andmaintainsaccuratedata in order processing system while progressing ordersthrough tocompletion.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and benefits, communicates tocustomerstheirfinancial responsibility, obtains prescriptions and any other medical documentation necessary to obtain funding.
• Entersorders into order processing system assuring that efforts are made toaccurately and completely perform intake steps.
• Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaintsin a timely mannerworking with other staff members to increase customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Takesresponsibility to completely resolve issues withoutadditionaltransfers and/or de-escalate customers whenever possible.
• Coordinates scheduling of ATP’s and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.
• Meets all set productivity and performance standards
• Participates in New Equipment department initiatives to continually improve department results.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimumoneyear of customer service experience.

PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingersassociated with computer equipment.
• Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.
• Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
