Crossmark Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Customer Business Manager II to act as the retailer expert, growing the client’s business across assigned retailers through insights, strong execution, and strategic plans.
You will build relationships, present targeted plans, and drive growth across brands with retailers and internal teams, including travel within the U.S. as needed.
Customer Business Manager II serves as the retailer expert supporting Hy-Vee and Fareway and consistently executes client plans. Grow the client’s business within each assigned retailer faster than both the category and the retailer overall. Build and sustain client satisfaction by supporting the development of business plans and owning execution strategies for assigned retailers. Drive growth across brands through deep knowledge of retailer operations and merchandising strategies, paired with strong insights, effective selling, and flawless execution.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
Working Conditions: Office and field environment.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the U.S. for customer, client, or company meetings, as needed.
Physical Demands: Ability to transport sample products to account calls.
Language Skills: English is the primary language; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
