Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Operations Sr. Rep to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about improving financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in reconciling financial data, identifying trends, and supporting cross-functional teams with insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Apply critical thinking to assess and resolve unfamiliar issues.
- Analyze large datasets and identify trends for client premium reconciliation.
- Synthesize complex issues into consumable written communications.
- Develop strong relationships with external clients and internal partners to ensure processes are flexible, cost effective, accurate and are in compliance.
- Demonstrate proactiveness by identifying and resolving issues independently.
- Use Outlook effectively for email management, folder organization, and task prioritization.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
- Be opportunistic in identifying and acting on high-value tasks or unexpected opportunities.
- Think beyond the task at hand with a big picture mindset, understanding downstream impacts and stakeholder needs.
- Communicate findings and resolutions clearly through both written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
- Organization, time management, and ability to prioritize competing tasks. Pivot as needed.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when researching problems and performing detailed calculations and Quality Assurance.
- Communicate effectively by adapting to your audience, actively listen, and applying those skills both verbally and in written documentation.
- Advanced math skills to calculate premium, coverage amounts etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret data from large spreadsheets.
- Strong customer focus; internal and external customers.
- Ability to work effectively and be productive both individually and in a team environment.
- Reliable and flexible to work overtime when needed.
#LI-Hybrid **This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 1 day a week.**

If you're in a commutable distance (90 minutes) you'll join us 1 day each week in our offices to collaborate and build relationships. The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$18.80 - $32.69
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
