As a Customer Analytics Specialist, you will be at the forefront of interpreting user interactions and transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain robust reporting systems that capture the full spectrum of customer behaviors across digital platforms. Leveraging advanced geospatial analytics, you will uncover regional trends and usage patterns, enabling the business to personalize experiences and target strategies more effectively. You will also be tasked with conducting deep‑dive analyses, ensuring that every stakeholder has access to clear, actionable information about how customers engage with products and services.

The work:

In this role, you may work with tools such as Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Medallia, and other similar platforms to monitor and optimise tracking infrastructure. Your technical expertise will be essential in auditing existing tracking patterns, implementing improvements, and guaranteeing the accuracy of data collection across all digital touchpoints. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and technical teams, you will translate complex behavioral data into strategic recommendations that enhance user journeys and support business objectives. Your experience in customer behavior measurement, geospatial data analysis, and actionable insight translation will be crucial as you lead initiatives to document analytics updates, support usability testing, and drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and satisfaction.

Here is what you need:

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and build comprehensive, easy‑to‑understand reports that highlight customer engagement trends
  • Experience utilizing Geospatial (GEO) data analytics and location‑based data to identify regional customer behaviors and inform localized business strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Reporting
  • Hands‑on experience with Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar customer experience analytics platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude for auditing, refining, and improving tracking patterns to ensure precise monitoring of user interactions across platforms
  • Capability to translate raw analytics and behavioral data into strategic, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional product and design teams
  • Experience leading activities related to the collection, review, and analysis of customer engagement data
  • Ability to support usability testing analysis by integrating customer engagement metrics
  • Ownership of documentation and updates to analytics collection metrics to improve customer engagement and satisfaction

  • Experience with advanced geospatial analytics tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar)
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
  • Experience implementing or optimizing multi‑touch attribution models

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
