Eurest is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador in Florence, KY (7080 New Buffington Road). The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with a pay range of $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted; training is available for qualified individuals.

The role drives a hospitality environment, greets guests, and leads guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. Benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Food Service and/or Retail experience is preferred.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and interact with hospitality.
• Ensure team members have what they need to be successful daily.
• Relay customer concerns to supervisors.
• Keep marketing, wellness and culinary programs current.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Explain daily menu items accurately to customers.
• Assist in selling and guide customer buying decisions.
• Merchandise display foods attractively per standards.

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
