Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a Customer Ambassador in Plano, Texas. This on-site role focuses on delivering hospitality and superior guest service in a healthcare setting.

You will greet guests, relay concerns to supervisors, explain programs and menu items, and support weekly promotions. The position is full- or part-time, day shift, with an $17–$18 per hour pay range.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Greets every customer and interacts to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.

• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.
