Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Bon Appétit Management Company, is hiring for CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR roles at Beloit College in Beloit, WI. These are full and part-time positions with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting hospitality, explaining menu items, relaying customer feedback, and supporting wellness and marketing programs.

• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
