Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Advocate who will warmly greet customers in-shop, resolve concerns, and coordinate administrative tasks from scheduling to invoicing. You’ll be the first point of contact delivering a memorable, professional experience during every interaction.
You’ll manage calls, emails, warranties, and invoices while keeping work orders accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction across all channels and touchpoints.
The Customer Advocate is one of Safelite’s first impressions with our customers.
