Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based sales professional to grow and retain healthcare client business. You will be the face of ImageFIRST, building strong customer relationships, promoting our values, and expanding contract terms through attentive service and targeted product offerings.

Responsibilities include managing routes for efficiency, processing paperwork and invoicing, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience or route sales.
• Valid DOT medical certification or obtain within designated timeframe.
• Able to lift 25 pounds frequently and drive CMV up to 10 hours daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid CDL/Class C license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and promote ImageFIRST values.
• Manage routes to maximize efficiency, safety, and revenue.
• Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services.
• Prepare and process paperwork, invoices, credits, and collections.
• Maintain truck load organization and route books.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment safety and maintenance.

This is a route-based service-oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. To grow existing customer business through sales and retention programs, to provide prompt, effective solutions to customer needs, to maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix, to maximize contract terms by identifying changes in programs that require updated paperwork and to be ImageFIRST’s “face” to our customers and potential customers.

Salary $1,000 to $1,200.00 weekly

Scheduled Monday through Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community
• Customer Relationships Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts, maintain enthusiastic and professional attitude and maximize customer contract term
• Route Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles
• Sales Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services, successfully complete sales programs, develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales objectives
• Load truck organization, night before service, invoices, check rails, count-by-man, linen control sheet, maintain route books
• Unload Truck check-in, empty soil carts, weigh carts
• Account appearance organization of rails, hanger racks, plastic, wet bags, posters and repaid bags
• Truck Maintenance timely communication of repairs, PM, accidents
• Paperwork work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy, credits, collection requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within sales or a route sales role
• Must possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and Excellent Driving Record
• Sense of direction/knowledge of area
• Class C Driving License or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
