Aaron’s Customer Accounts Managers drive the success of our stores by leading the customer accounts department with the primary goal of achieving company standards for collections and lease renewals. This role strategically influences team performance to assist customers in achieving ownership of their merchandise and supports store operations through a wide variety of responsibilities, as directed by the General Manager.
