Position: Customer Accounts Advisor

Pay Range: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour

Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentive pay

The Customer Account Advisor acts as a coach to our customers, focusing on payment collection and lease renewal processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering relationships both over the phone and face-to-face to help customers move toward ownership.

Multi-tasking, organization, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential. Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointment records.
  2. Contact customers for lease renewal, including home visits and calls.
  3. Promote benefits of timely lease payments.
  4. Support the Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
  5. Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries as directed.
  6. Certify returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
  7. Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily.
  8. Load, secure, and operate company vehicles safely.
  9. Support the Sales Team as needed.
  10. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record; in Canada, at least 18 years old.
  • Meet DOT certification requirements in applicable states.
  • Flexible schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
  • Preferred: two years of retail/customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, multitasking ability, professional appearance, and computer proficiency.
