Pay Range: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour
Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentive pay
The Customer Account Advisor acts as a coach to our customers, focusing on payment collection and lease renewal processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering relationships both over the phone and face-to-face to help customers move toward ownership.
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, attentive listening, clear communication, and the ability to handle challenging conversations. Multi-tasking, organization, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential.
