Job summary

Seal Dynamics, a HEICO Company, Hauppauge, NY, seeks a Customer Account Specialist for the Gov't & Military Division. You’ll serve as the main contact for military accounts, process estimates and orders, and coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality teams to ensure smooth daily transactions.

The role reports to the Hauppauge office and requires strong communication, attention to detail and at least 1 year of B2B customer service experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact to help customers by answering inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues, and processing estimates & orders.
• Performs Contract review on all customer orders for accuracy.
• Manage customer account information, including updating billing/shipping details.
• Manages setup of new accounts including export compliance screening and end user information.
• Utilizes INFOR Syteline ERP system for orders and estimates.
• Answers incoming calls in call loop.
• Maintains open order report and works to hit monthly numbers.
• Coordinates inquiries between Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality.

Role - Customer Account Specialist, Gov't & Military Division

Performs a wide variety of duties related to the administration of military customer accounts and government contracts according to established policies and procedures in order to ensure smooth flow of daily transactions.

* This role reports to our Hauppauge, NY office

Qualifications

Responsibilities Includes but is not limited to:

1. Manages assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact to help customers by, answering customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving any customer issues, and processing of customer estimates & orders
2. Performs Contract review on all customer orders for accuracy
3. Manage customer account information, including updating billing information, shipping instructions and any other necessary information
4. Manages the setup of new accounts including export compliance screening and end user information
5. Utilizes INFOR Syteline ERP system for customer orders and estimate processing
6. Answers incoming phone calls in call loop
7. Maintaining open order report and work to hit monthly numbers
8. Coordinating all inquiries between Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality Department
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
