Job summary

Artivion, Inc. in the Atlanta area is seeking a Customer Account Representative to provide frontline service for sales reps, physicians, and hospitals within an assigned region.

You will process orders, assist with accounts in SAP and GHX, handle inquiries, and support issue resolution while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Must be comfortable commuting to Kennesaw HQ for trainings (6-8 weeks) and as needed.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and requests for tissues for assigned region
• Address customer inquiries and provide information about services, products, and ordering processes
• Create new customer accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement changes to accounts in SAP
• Initiate customer returns and credits and assist the sales rep in resolving account issues
• Process orders in GHX system
• Create Priority Cardiac Report
• Maintain backorder report
• Process cycle counts for sterile samples and consignment inventory
