Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop and enhance software components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be a subject matter expert, guiding the team, collaborating with multiple groups, and delivering scalable solutions tailored to business needs.

Advanced Oracle Cloud Financials and Exadata experience is highly valued. This role requires onsite client work in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC for three days each week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Oracle GoldenGate, Fusion Cloud, General Ledger, AP and Fixed Assets.
• 3+ years in system analysis, software design and development.
• 3+ years in Oracle Applications Development.
• 3+ years in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata, and ETL development.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Analyze complex problems and contribute to the design of effective, innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align software development with business objectives.
• Continuously improve development processes and contribute to elevating overall team productivity and quality.
