Qualifications

• Familiarity with The Edge estimating software is a plus.
• Experience with estimating and analyzing requirement data for residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed estimates for residential projects.
• Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans.
• Determine factors of production that will influence costs.
• Maintain current market pricing for materials.
• Generate job cost reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors.
• Conduct hand-off meetings with project managers.
• Present prepared estimates to management.
