Job summary

Fabuwood Cabinetry, Newark, NJ, is seeking a hands-on Dayshift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee an assigned area of the warehouse. You will lead employees, coordinate daily work, and ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in operations.

Lead a hands-on team, monitor workflow, train staff, and maintain quality standards for cabinetry and materials. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in cabinetry, furniture, building materials, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment preferred.
