Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx online software.
• Experience hand-packaging fragile, high-value, or non-standard items using sound judgment.
• Strong computer skills navigating multiple shipping platforms and tracking logs.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment for protecting unique or non-standard items.
• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with international shipping docs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Custom packaging & fulfillment: evaluate each shipment to select boxes, cushioning, and materials.
• Manage daily digital shipping queue using UPS WorldShip and FedEx online for domestic and international shipments.
• Verify order contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and serial numbers before sealing.
• Coordinate with carriers for deliveries, pickups, scheduling, and tracking issues.
• Maintain inventory levels for packing materials and supplies, anticipating needs during high-volume periods.
