Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Custom Assembler in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves rotating through manufacturing areas to build and assemble chambers with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include electrical/mechanical assembly, layout and wiring of control panels, testing systems, and providing service support. A high school diploma and 1–5 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read advanced blueprints, schematics; capable of welding.
• Refrigeration experience including leak testing and repairs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with tools and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly on components and sub-assemblies according to procedures.
• Layout and wire industrial control panels and interconnect skid-mounted equipment.
• Test control systems and provide over-the-phone troubleshooting when needed.
• Meet project timelines and shipping schedules.
• Maintain clean and safe production area; work with team to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
