Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking a Shower Glass Installer to join our team. You will install shower glass products, take precise measurements, and evaluate homes to identify additional needs while delivering excellent customer service. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.

We value accuracy, reliability, and a professional appearance as you work with residential customers to create dream showers. A company vehicle and technology are provided, along with bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• One year or more of glass installation experience, with glass cutting experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and work solo.
• Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels.
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and lifts.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.
• Verification of prior job experience via reference checks.
• Professional appearance and personality.

Responsibilities

• Install shower glass products and other glass-related items.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Shower Glass Installer / Custom Glass Shower Door Installer / Shower Glass Enclosure Installer / Shower Glass Technician position at Glass Doctor:

• One year or more of glass installation experience, with glass cutting experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.

This Job Is NOT For You If . . .

You are okay with measurements being "close enough". That won't work here. Measurements need to be super accurate to a fraction of an inch so that the glass will fit the first time.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience as a Shower Glass Installer / Custom Glass Shower Door Installer / Shower Glass Enclosure Installer / Shower Glass Technician.
