Job summary

Michaels Flagstaff store is seeking a friendly framing associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and maintain a well-stocked, clean shop. You will assist customers, answer questions, and support Omni-channel processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves processing framing orders, operating framing equipment and the glass cutter, helping at the register, and upholding SOPs alongside safety standards while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting frames and custom framing options.
• Process framing orders accurately and on time.
