Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in carpentry preferred.

• Valid Driver's License is required.

Job Summary

Art of Drawers Raleigh is looking for Installation Partners who are craftsmen and are experienced with a toolbox, drill, and level. As an Installation Partner, you will not need to bid or sell jobs—every job assigned to you is automatically commission-based, with no selling or negotiating required. Art of Drawers allows you to set a flexible schedule and build relationships with customers to supplement your own business, for additional jobs / projects outside of our primary focus areas. We provide comprehensive training from our certified installer team, as well as ongoing education opportunities for advancement into different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Install custom-crafted pull-out drawers and organizational solutions in cabinets with precision and care.
• Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule and coordinate measurement appointments and installations efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure all measurements, installations, and adjustments meet high-quality standards.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and on-site interactions to grow business opportunities for increased earnings potential.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after installations.
