Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry and woodworking is required.
• Ability to read and understand English is necessary.
• Strong ability with measuring and cutting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted parts.
• Prep material for assembly accurately using measurements.
• Operate different saws for material cutting.
• Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly.
• Use power tools for special door preparation.
• Apply special hardware like hinges and locks.

Skills

Specialized carpentry tools

Hand tools and pneumatic staple gun

Ability to read a tape measure

Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Reading and interpreting technical drawings
