Job summary

California Closets CCO in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems using premium materials and CAD drawings. The role requires experience with hand and power tools, plus a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in homes and businesses.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–5pm with flexibility, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with common hand and power tools is expected.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills are desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install closets, cabinets, offices and other spaces.
• Utilize CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
• Assist in removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order; operate company vehicles safely.
• Install systems independently or with team members, depending on job size.
• Provide high level of customer service for in-home installations.
