Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in cabinet making or millwork.
• Proficient in reading shop drawings and blueprints.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced shop.
• Detail-oriented with strong craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and architectural blueprints.
• Build custom cabinets from start to finish.
• Work with materials such as hardwood, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
• Assemble components with precision and fit.
• Operate equipment including saws, routers, and case clamps.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments when needed.
