Qualifications

• One year carpentry or finish carpentry experience required.
• One year of manufacturing environment experience required.
• Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization and time management.
• General manufacturing procedures and equipment operation knowledge.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Knowledge of cabinet assembly materials, methods and tools.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and other techniques to maximize output.
• Ability to follow a schedule and read a tape measure up to 1/32.

Responsibilities

• Prep, build and assemble cabinets, arched units and other custom work with safety, quality, and efficiency in mind.
• Determine product specifications and machine setup requirements.
• Monitor operations and make adjustments to conform to specifications.
• Examine finished work pieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut and conformity.
• Inspect completed work and move to the next workstation.
