Qualifications

• At least 3 years working in a cabinet shop.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Experience with frameless cabinetry preferred.
• Knowledge of hardwoods, plywood, veneers, and laminates.

Responsibilities

• Build frameless and face-frame cabinetry from shop drawings.
• Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, and components.
• Install drawer slides, hinges, lift systems, and accessories.
• Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality and meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, CNC operators, finishers, and installers.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Identify and resolve production issues before finishing.

Position Summary

The Custom Cabinet Builder is responsible for manufacturing premium custom cabinetry and millwork from detailed shop drawings. You'll work with hardwoods, plywoods, veneers, laminates, and premium hardware while producing work that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build frameless and face‑frame cabinetry from shop drawings
• Read and interpret production drawings accurately
• Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, and specialty components
• Install drawer slides, hinges, lift systems, and accessories
• Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify dimensions and maintain tight quality tolerances
• Identify and resolve production issues before they reach finishing or installation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with designers, CNC operators, finishers, and installers
• Meet production schedules without sacrificing quality

Qualifications
