Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience applying crop protection products and fertilizers.
• Proven professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and work with customers and employees.
• Willingness to lift 70 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Must have or be able to obtain a CDL with endorsements and pass DOT physical/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Loads and applies crop protection inputs to fields according to rates and labels.
• Completes spray/application logs for completed fields.
• Maintains facility equipment and ensures reliability and service life.
• Collaborates with location staff to maintain the site and equipment image.
• Delivers products to customers and assists walk-in customers.
