Job summary

Fidelity Digital Assets is seeking an Associate Analyst in Custody Operations to handle day-to-day activities such as settlement, reconciliation, and transaction review, while collaborating with teammates and business partners to meet client custody needs. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and building SME level knowledge in digital assets.

Working Hours: 4x10 hour rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-office operations with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing workflows and documenting policies and procedures.
• Understanding money movement, reconciliation, and settlement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, including settlement, reconciliation, transaction review, triaging issues and reporting
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Participate in, and provide valuable input into, conversations with business partners including Product, Risk, Compliance, Exchange Operations, Customer Support, etc. to support ongoing client needs and drive process improvement
• Bring operational expertise in trading, asset movement to the business
• Your experience in prior roles with detailed, task oriented operational support managing day to day work and building for the future
• Your excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
