Job summary

sms is seeking a dependable janitorial worker to maintain the cleanliness of commercial facilities in Hebron Estates, KY. You will perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, with attention to safety and quality.

The role requires no prior experience. Training provided; ability to read simple instructions and work in a team is valued. This full-time position offers benefits and a stable work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Sweep, scrub, finishes, and polish floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays; transport trash to disposal area.

Summary: Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Education/Experience

Language Ability

Math Ability
