Job summary

Qualifications

• At least six months experience in interior and exterior janitorial cleaning.
• Experience in floor care – waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Must pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobbies, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Identify and report pest issues to appropriate staff.
• Order and receive supplies and equipment.
