Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Custodian Technician to perform routine cleaning and maintenance across retail branches in Springfield, MA. This hands-on role emphasizes independent work while supporting a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work orders with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.
