Job summary

Citizens Financial is seeking a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional environments across our retail branches. This hands-on, service-oriented role supports a team while performing independent routine cleanings.

We offer full-time year-round employment with a robust benefits package, company vehicle with gas card, and devices such as iPhone and iPad for business use. Schedule is Monday–Friday with 40 hours, and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
• Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
• Wear a company ‑ provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Vehicle maintenance as required
