Job summary

Prestige Maintenance USA, Ltd. is seeking a reliable Porter/Custodian to keep facilities clean, safe, and presentable. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine surfaces, handle trash and recycling, restock supplies, and sanitize restrooms and break areas.

You will work with scrubbers, extractors, and buffers to maintain floors across offices, cafeteria, and sales floor as scheduled. We value attention to detail, punctuality, independence, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities clean, safe, and fresh for everyone
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine surfaces as needed
• Take out trash and recycling
• Restock supplies and replace liners as needed
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
• Use scrubbers, extractors, and buffers for floor care
• Refill restroom dispensers and maintain stocked areas
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies while performing tasks
• Perform tasks according to schedule and customer expectations
• Assist Lead Custodian or Management with assigned duties

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping our facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Restocking supplies, emptying wastebaskets, and replacing liners as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, basins, and urinals
• Filling wet mop with disinfectant for floor cleaning
• Spot cleaning soiled areas when needed
• General cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other assigned areas
• Stripping & Waxing – Wet Floor Care
• Using equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers
• Refilling all restroom dispensers as needed
• Performing assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
• Performing all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management
