Prestige Maintenance USA in Houston is seeking a Rockstar Porter/Custodian to keep our facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine; take out trash and recycling; restock supplies; and report maintenance issues.

Physical Requirements

Are you able to perform the essential functions of this position, including:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds?
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis?
• Operating small power tools safely and effectively?
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned?
