Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian Supervisor for Byron Center Public Schools. The role runs Mon-Fri with one weekend per month, 3pm-11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. You will supervise cleaning tasks, ensure standards, and maintain a safe, clean environment for students and staff.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, communicate effectively, and uphold GRBS values. Pay is $17.50/hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within our long‑standing community-focused team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash.

We have the following full-time custodian Supervisor opportunity available in Byron Center Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
