GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Byron Center Public Schools, working the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift. This full-time role oversees custodial staff and ensures a clean, safe building for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have valid identification.
• Ability to work a 3pm–11:30pm shift, Monday to Friday.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Lead and supervise custodial staff during shifts.
• Perform nightly perimeter door checks.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Communicate status and issues to management.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Nightly perimeter door checks
