GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodial Building Supervisor in Okemos. The role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Core duties include cleaning, following GRBS procedures, leading a cleaning team, and ensuring clear communication to achieve daily goals.

We have the following day custodian opportunities available in Okemos

Custodial Building Supervisor

• Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
  • 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process
  • Finish the job with GRBS tools
  • Complete 360 communication
  • Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
  • Lead with integrity and humility

Pay Rate: $17.25/hour

What does this job look like:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
