Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Grand Rapids Public Schools. This full-time, 2nd shift position in Grand Rapids, MI offers a $20/hour pay rate and a structured team environment.

Responsibilities include leading custodial staff, ensuring a clean building, and using GRBS tools to complete daily tasks. Hours are Monday through Friday with shift timing 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm in the summer, and general supervision duties year-round. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO options.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following day custodian opportunities available in Grand Rapids Public Schools

• Monday - Friday hour will vary in summer only.
  • 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process
  • Finish the job with GRBS tools
  • Complete 360 communication
  • Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
  • Lead with integrity and humility

Pay Rate: $20/hour
