Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Custodial Building Supervisor to lead the day shift custodial team in school facilities. You will supervise cleaning tasks, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment with clear 360 communication.

The role requires leadership experience and a positive, dependable work ethic. Monday–Friday hours (summer vary) from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; pay is $20/hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Leadership experience required for supervision
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash

• Monday - Friday hour will vary in summer only.
