The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson is seeking a Custodian Specialist in Tucson, AZ. You will maintain clean, safe facilities, support program spaces, and assist with event setups, working with a team to ensure a welcoming environment for youth and staff.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and custodial experience; background checks and CPR/First Aid may be required. The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience in schools, community centers, or youth-serving environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, kitchens, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors; dust furniture and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and clean glass & mirrors.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and manage waste properly.
• Assist with room setup and cleanup for events and programs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary conditions daily.
• Follow safety policies; use PPE and report hazards.
