GRBS Inc. in Northville, MI is seeking a Custodian School Supervisor for the 2:30pm–11pm shift. This full-time role supports our public school customers by managing cleaning tasks and supervising frontline staff.

You will mop, dust, clean restrooms and handle trash while mentoring new hires and coordinating daily duties. The position offers consistent hours, paid holidays, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Mop floors and dust surfaces.
• Clean restrooms.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste.

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
