Job summary

Creekview Health Center is seeking a dedicated Custodian in Pleasanton, CA for the PM shift (2pm - 10:30pm). The role includes maintaining floors and public areas, trash removal, and setting up meeting spaces within the community.

The position offers full-time benefits, including PTO, holidays, and health coverage, with a 401k employer match and tuition assistance. We value team players who can work with PPE and follow safety procedures during routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodian experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Experience with floor care procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to drive utility vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors and carpets within the Community.
• Picks up and removes trash from trash rooms, offices and other locations within the Community.
• Cleans all public areas.
• Provides preventive maintenance to housekeeping machines such as vacuums and floor machines.
• Completes meeting room setups in various rooms.
• Maintains exterior grounds and amenities throughout shift.
• Properly use PPE when required for duties.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.


• Previous floor maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care procedures, techniques, and supplies preferred, but not required.
