Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian Supervisor 2nd Shift in Okemos Public Schools. The role covers Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm with one weekend per month, serving Okemos Public Schools.

The team emphasizes consistent attendance, adherence to GRBS processes, and high-quality cleaning standards. The successful candidate will maintain respect and clear communication while performing tasks across mopping, dusting, restrooms, and trash removal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by Michigan public schools.
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently and on time.
• Follow GRBS processes and procedures.
• Serve the customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicate mindfully with respect to all colleagues and clients.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to the building map and shift requirements.

We have the following school lead custodian opportunities available in the Okemos Public Schools

• Monday - Friday
• 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm and 1 weekend a month
