Job summary

Human Technologies is seeking a part-time custodian to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The role offers base pay of $17.75 per hour plus health & welfare compensation, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Training will be provided, and the team emphasizes a professional demeanor and safety.

• Must be able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the project supervisor and customer.
• Polic e the grounds and remove debris or snow as directed by the project supervisor.
• Complete all mandatory training programs.
• Maintain all equipment, storage areas, and custodial closets to reflect a professional appearance at all times.
• All custodians must represent the corporation in a professional manner, including reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire.
• Always report accidents and safety issues to the project supervisor immediately.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the project supervisor and co-workers at all times.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures for the safety of oneself and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project supervisor or designee.
