City of Waxahachie is seeking a dedicated building custodian to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance across city parks and facilities. The role includes restroom sanitation, inventorying supplies, basic equipment upkeep, and reporting repair needs to supervisors.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred custodial experience and availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts. A valid driver’s license is required to operate city vehicles.
Under general supervision, performs a full range of building custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of assigned City Parks & Facilities; provide general assistance to assigned area of responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned.
This is a single incumbent position whose duties are performed at various City Parks.
