Job Description: Custodian - On Call at SBM Management Services, LP

Join our team as a Custodian - On Call at SBM Management Services, LP.

Pay Range

This range is provided by SBM Management Services, LP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all tasks listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work environment
• Follow protocols, company policies, and rules
• Respond to supervision and take direction
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers
• Support during staff shortages and assist shift lead
• Use proper protective equipment and present a professional appearance
• Understand customer service principles and reporting systems

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license if required
• Complete safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred; or equivalent education and experience

Additional Details

Shifts are from 3:00pm to 12:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with some flexibility for daytime work on Sundays. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.
