• Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs for meetings.
• Cleans pool deck areas including pool furniture.
• Picks up trash in landscaped areas and common areas.
• Maintains trash compactor room and rotates dumpsters as needed.
• Reports safety hazards and performs other duties as assigned.
