Job Description

Kingdom East School District seeks a Maintenance/Custodian for the purpose of working with Lunenburg School's building and grounds crew, performing the daily cleaning and sanitary actions needed to keep a safe and healthy school, with minor repair and alteration of the campus buildings and grounds; This position requires custodial tasks including cleaning, disinfecting, dusting and floor care, as well as maintenance tasks. The pay range for this position is $17.21-$23.57/hr.

Candidates shall have proven experience collaborating with others, written and oral communication skills, keeping buildings and equipment operating. Experience must include optimizing daily custodial and some maintenance efficiencies, preventive maintenance/custodial practices, and maintaining a safe and healthy facility. Maintenance practices, as well as repairs should be expected, both independently and as part of a team.

This position is a full year, full benefit, hourly position which includes standard vacation and insurance packages.
