Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Sand Lake, MI is seeking a Custodian Lead for Tri-County Area Schools on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). This full-time role offers $15.75/hour with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday plus one weekend per month.

Applicants must be 18+, have valid ID, and demonstrate leadership, reliability, and dependable transportation to work daily. Core duties include executing the cleaning process, finishing with GRBS tools, performing nightly perimeter checks, and supervising a team to maintain

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash and other cleaning tasks.
